Cuando leí la nota que les presento a continuación no pude menos que decir son chingaderas!!, no cabe duda que los políticos siguen tratando a los ciudadanos como retrasados mentales, de otra forma no entiendo como les cuadraron tan bien los números, aquí se aplica la definición de estadística como el arte de torturar los números para que digan lo que los políticos desean que digan.
Como la nota es tan difícil de creer les anexo la fuente, les garantizo que mi imaginación no es tan creativa como para escribir un cuento tan irreal.
Siguiendo la lógica de esta nota, bastaría con que se sigan enfrentando los carteles entre si y este mega problema estará resuelto en muy poco tiempo.
A continuación la nota textual:
Alejandro Poiré, vocero de la narrativa de la lucha contra el crimen organizado, aseguró que 80% de los 28 mil 353 muertos por la narcoguerra ocurrieron en 162 municipios del país, derivado de siete conflictos entre los cárteles de la droga, al presentar por vez primera el retrato oficial del narco en México.
En la mesa de conclusiones de los Diálogos por la Seguridad, en el Campo Militar Marte, dijo ante empresarios, el rector de la UNAM, José Narro, líderes de organizaciones sociales y el presidente Felipe Calderón, que 22 mil 701 homicidios representan 80% de todos los crímenes vinculados a la delincuencia y que han ocurrido en 162 municipios de los dos mil 456 que existen.
De los conflictos entre los cárteles, el de Sinaloa es el que más adversarios tendría, según expuso Poiré, secretario técnico del Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Pública..
El pleito Sinaloa-Juárez es “el más cruento” (8 mil 236 homicidios) por antiguas rivalidades y búsqueda de supremacía por la plaza de Ciudad Juárez; además, esta pugna concentra 36% de los 22 mil 701 homicidios, es decir, cuatro de cada 10 decesos son atribuibles a esta pelea que se suscita en Chihuahua, Durango y partes de Sinaloa.
La segunda lucha es entre el cártel de Sinaloa y el de los Beltrán Leyva (5 mil 864 homicidios), que se libra en Sinaloa, Sonora, Durango, Nayarit y partes de Jalisco y Guerrero, originada por la ruptura entre los hermanos Beltrán Leyva y Joaquín El Chapo Guzmán Loera.
Enlistó la guerra entre los cárteles de Sinaloa-Golfo (3 mil 199 asesinatos), de las más extendidas en el país, incluyendo sus disputas en Durango, Coahuila y Sinaloa, por ser rutas de trasiego hacia el norte y de producción, así como en Guerrero, Tabasco, Quintana Roo y Chiapas, por donde ingresan estupefacientes del sur.
El siguiente conflicto es el de los cárteles de Sinaloa-Arellano Félix (mil 798 crímenes) en Baja California, del cual no ofreció detalles.
Inician cortando cabezas
La lucha de La Familia contra Golfo-Los Zetas (mil 744 ejecuciones) deriva de la emancipación del grupo michoacano, el cual inició en septiembre de 2006 con el lanzamiento de cabezas humanas en un centro nocturno de Uruapan, y en noviembre del mismo año, hasta con un desplegado periodístico. Michoacán, estado de México, Guerrero y Guanajuato son escenario de las refriegas.
La otra pelea la protagonizan desde fines de 2009 el cártel del Golfo contra Los Zetas —grupo integrado por militares de élite en un principio— en Tamaulipas y Nuevo León, con mil 328 ajusticiamientos.
El conflicto entre La Familia Michoacana y los hermanos Beltrán Leyva (56 homicidios) se presenta en Guerrero y Morelos.
Esto ilustra la concentración relativa de estos homicidios y su vinculación directa con la lucha entre los cárteles por el control de territorios y de mercados, afirmó Poiré, quien agregó que hay otros 476 homicidios sin determinar a qué combate en específico se deben.
Chihuahua concentra 30% de los homicidios (8 mil 344) relacionados con el narco, sobre todo por las pugnas internas y en Sinaloa van 3 mil 790 crímenes, 13%.
Tamaulipas concentra 3% (890 muertes); sin embargo, tras el recrudecimiento de la violencia y la ejecución de 72 migrantes, esta semana Calderón envió más agentes federales y militares para reforzar la seguridad, dijo el subsecretario de Gobernación Roberto Gil Zuarth.
Llama la atención Nuevo León, donde la estadística indica que hasta el 31 de julio se han cometido 2.6% de los asesinatos (753). Baja California tiene el 6.3% (mil 810).
Poiré aseguró que en Michoacán el centro de operaciones de La Familia está en el puerto de Lázaro Cárdenas, donde hasta la fecha ya suman mil 538 ejecuciones.
